The meat worm and the cutting set are pushed out of the cutting set housing via an ejecting device – particularly if product residues are still present in the cutting area, this simplifies the removal considerably. Thanks to the practical system, the meat worm is simply pushed forward. Thus, the operator can take the cutting set parts piece by piece from the worm and then easily pull them out of the machine. Time savings and easier work guaranteed.
